What goes together like peanut butter and jelly? Peanut butter and chocolate? Really peanut butter and anything… unless you have a nut allergy. Then you really shouldn’t eat peanut butter. Okay getting to the point, I promise. Açaí bowls, massages, and obviously our super awesome coffee (or tea if that’s more your thing).
This weekend we will have a pop up shop from Carioca Bowls – Açaí Bowls for the Soul on Saturday and Sunday 9am-12pm. Talk about the perfect breakfast! I was looking over their menu online and it looks amazing. Matthew Lau and Richard Matusow are the owners, operators, and all around go to guys at Carioca Bowls. They are both super passionate about acai and the health benefits that go with it and have deep desires to do good in the world. And well, all of us at Lionheart think that’s pretty great!
On Saturday 1pm-4pm, we’ll also have Sarah Noseworthy from Spire Holistic Massage here offering complimentary shoulder massages. Release all of the tension that has built up from the week and come into the shop for some healthy yumminess and a soothing massage. Does it get any better than that? Well… maybe if we brought back Nineteen27 S’mores because ya’ll know how much I love them 😉
Oh also, unrelated to açaí bowls and massages. This weekend is Memorial Day weekend and we will be closing at 2pm on Monday so that we can all spend time with friends and family. If you need a coffee fix make sure that you come in before 2pm! If you’re worried that you might need caffeine later in the afternoon to keep up with all of the Memorial Day activities, grab a carton of our Stumptown Cold Brew, we have the whole flight (coffee + milk, coffee + chocolate milk, coffee + coconut milk, original Cold Brew, and cans of Nitro), so don’t worry, we’ve got you covered 🙂
This is the last weekend to celebrate our month long Birthday Extravaganza, so make sure you come on out! See ya soon!
